Method of making Rice

Ingredients

  • Water, 2 cups
  • grain,  1 cup
  • Salt, 1 teaspoon

Method

  • Soak the grain into the water for half an hour.
  • Take a pan and add two cups of water.
  • Boil the water on a medium flame. When water starts boiling, add 1 tablespoon of salt and grain to the boiling water.
  • Lower the heat and cover the pan with a lid.
  • While cooking, the Rice doesn’t need to be continuously stirred. Cook the grain for 15 to 20 minutes. When all the water is absorbed, then turn off the flame.
  • After that, the Rice is cooked and ready to eat.
