3- Now separate the curd and the water through a thin cloth or colander.

4- Don’t waste that water. Add salt into t and heat it again. After this process, dips the cheese material into the water 3-4 times. Perform this task until the cheese gets smooth.

5- At the end, dip it into cold water and put it into the fridge to settle down.

6- You can also use citric acid or living bacterias to dry up lactose from the milk. 

7- Homemade cheese can remain in the fridge for almost 10 days. 

8- It’s the tip that when you dip it into the water, don’t do this procedure much as it loses its starch and gets so sticky like a rubber.
